Charity Motors and Legacy Associates Foundation

Donate To Legacy Associates Foundation & Lower Your Taxes!!

Legacy Associates Foundation is now one of the charitable organizations participating in the Charity Motors Car Donation Program. Individuals can donate a car they no longer want/need, receive a tax deduction, and designate Legacy Associates Foundation to receive the proceeds from the sale of their car.

To donate a vehicle call Charity Motors and their friendly staff will ask for some general information such as vehicle type, where the vehicle is located, etc. This will only take a few minutes. This information will be faxed to a towing company who will call you to arrange a convenient date to pick up your vehicle. You do not have to be home at the time of pick up; however, you will need to tell the towing company where in the vehicle you plan to leave the title and the keys. They will leave you a temporary receipt showing they have picked up the vehicle on behalf of Charity Motors. Once they have received your vehicle and title, Charity Motors will then mail you an IRS tax form and donation receipt within 5-10 business days.

Once the vehicle sells, Charity Motors will then send 70% of the selling price to Legacy Associates Foundation to help us further our mission of empowering youth through education & entrepreneurship.
